- Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
- Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
- Select Add New.
- Then, select Upload Theme.
- Click Browse. Locate the highlights-news.zip theme on your computer.
- Select highlights-news.zip and click Install Now.
