One click demo import:    One Click Demo Import is recommended to import the dummy demo data:

• First Install One Click Demo Import Plugin and activate this plugin.
• Then go to Dashboard-> Appearance -> Import Demo Data
• Then click Continue & Import data.
  

*Note:  First, you need to delete WordPress default-created pages and posts, and do not refresh and close the page until the demo is imported entirely.  It takes a few minutes to import the complete demo data.
